Obliques - Twist


Oblique twists:

Place abster at middle position on door
Stand 3 feet from door, feet together, legs straight

For right side:
Hold right hand on top left handle and left hand on bottom right handle
Extend and twist towards right side of body, squeezing abs and pull hips toward left side for maximum effect

For left side:
Hold left hand on top of right handle and right hand on bottom left handle
Extend and twist towards left side of body, squeezing abs and pull hips toward right side for maximum effect

2 sets of 15 reps – beginner
3 sets of 20 reps – intermediate
4 sets of 25 reps – advanced
